How can I make a reservation? Reservations can be made online through our website or by calling our customer service line at (phone number). We recommend booking in advance, especially for weekends, holidays, or special events. 3. Do you offer airport transportation? Yes, we provide reliable airport transfers to and from all major Houston airports, including George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) and William P. Hobby Airport (HOU) and smaller airports. We track flight statuses to ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs. 4. What are your service areas? We primarily serve the Houston metropolitan area and surrounding cities. If you need service outside of this area, please contact us for availability and pricing. 5. What is your cancellation policy? Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the scheduled service time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more details. 6. Do you offer services for special occasions? Yes, we specialize in transportation for weddings, proms, corporate events, city tours, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and other special events. Custom packages can be tailored to suit your needs. 7. Can I request a specific vehicle for my booking? Yes, you can request a specific vehicle from our fleet, and we will do our best to accommodate your preference. However, availability may vary depending on the time and date of your reservation. 8. Are your drivers professionally trained? All of our chauffeurs are professionally trained, licensed, and insured. They undergo background checks and are committed to providing safe, courteous, and reliable service. 9. How are your rates calculated? Our rates are based on factors like the type of vehicle, duration of the trip, and distance traveled. We offer both hourly rates and flat-rate packages depending on your needs. Can I bring food or beverages into the vehicle? Yes, you are welcome to bring food and beverages. However, we ask that you avoid glass bottles to prevent accidents. Please let us know if you have any special requests, and we will do our best to accommodate them. 12. Is smoking allowed in the vehicles? For the comfort of all our clients, smoking is not permitted inside any of our vehicles. If you need a break, the driver can make a stop along the way. 13. How far in advance should I book for special events like weddings or prom? For major events like weddings and prom, we recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons. 14. Do you have child safety seats available? Yes, we can provide child safety seats upon request. Please notify us at the time of booking to ensure the proper seat is available for your child. 15. What happens if my flight is delayed? We track all flights in real-time. If your flight is delayed, your chauffeur will adjust the pick-up time accordingly. There are no additional charges for reasonable delays.
